Please note that our hard-wired door chime can be used with a 24V transformer (not included) ONLY, and it will not work with any other voltage transformer. Using a 24V transformer with a standard 16V doorbell chime is not recommended, as it can cause the doorbell and/or chime to wear out.

The dimensions of our chime's cover are 9" L x 5" W, with an overall depth of 1.75". The chime itself measures 6.75" L x 4.75" W x 1.75" H and comes in a timeless white finish that blends with any decor.
