The doorbell chime features a classic two-note "Ding Dong" sound for the front door button and an additional "Dong" connection for the rear or side door. The chime cover dimensions are 7-1/4" W x 4-1/8" L, and the base is 7" W x 3-7/8" L, with an overall depth of 2".

The chime is compatible with a 16-volt/10 VA or 16-volt/15 VA transformer (not included) when connecting to a regular doorbell. Search "16TR" or "3TRAN" for a compatible transformer.

The package includes the door chime and mounting screws, which are found inside the chime cover. Please note that the doorbell button and transformer are not included. Search "CKIT1" for a door chime, transformer, and door button set.

Customers have mentioned that the wired chimes, such as this one, work with video doorbells like Ring, but this compatibility cannot be guaranteed.

If the chime is not functioning correctly, the issue may or may not be with the chime itself. The problem could lie with the doorbell button, transformer, or the wiring. Troubleshooting steps are provided in the manual and on the website.
